We have secured climate controlled unit and non-climate controlled areas of the facility.
Pricing: Climate Controlled: $0.50/sf/month for the area allocated to your item. The area is calculated using a 12-foot width(for street legal items) and length will be four feet longer than the length of your item. Example: A 30-foot RV would be 12 feet wide x 34 feet = 408 square feet x $0.50/sf = $204/month.
Non-Climate Controlled: $0.40/sf/month for the area allocated to your vehicle or item using the same calculation described above.
Oversized items will be calculated using a 2-foot boundary added to all sides of the blocked footprint taken up by your item. $100/month minimum applies.
Leasing: A 3-month initial term followed by month-to-month thereafter.
